About Me

Your Neighborhood Cannabis Educator, Lindsey Gaviria, has been teaching in some capacity for over 15 years. Whether in a High School setting or in such industries as Vitamins & Supplements, Teas & Herbs, and now Cannabis, one common thread is the desire to help and educate. I'm an open book with my medical experiences - Fibromyalgia, Migraines, IBS/Colon resections, Endometriosis Stage 4, Hysterectomy, Appendectomy, Menopause & More - with hopes it helps someone else in their own journey.


I believe that you are your biggest advocate for self-care. My goal is to arm you with foundational knowledge of cannabis and the connection it has with your body.
